스마트 디자인 연구실(SmartDesign Lab)은 설계자의 지능과 노하우를 컴퓨터 프로그램에 담아 쉽고 빠르게 그리고 자동으로 설계하는 방법을 연구하고 있습니다. 기계, 조선, 플랜트, 항공 등 다양한 분야를 대상으로 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 특히 Computer-Aided Design, Computer-Aided Manufacturing, Point Cloud Processing, Mesh Processing, AI-Based Design, Engineering Information Modeling에 관심이 있습니다.
